list of avertisers i use and a quick report on them
I have a number of sites from gaming, blogs, celebrity and media. Recently I have made a few changes to advertisers such as adsense etc as to experiment and hopefully increase my revenue.
Firsly: I took out adsense banners and swapped placement for valueclickmedia.
the revenue went up 10 fold overnight. It sometimes takes ages ti get a site approved but worth it in the end. good support and they pay on time.
Again, I took out adsense and inserted maxbounty.com affiliate banners. revenue increased 100 fold. I mainly go for "lead" type payouts rather than sales. Maxbounty have a good choice of affiliates and nice reporting system. As well as the personal touch.
I took out adbrite and inserted clicksor. Was I mad, yes as the revenue plumeted. the payments were not even worth logging into cicksor.
okay a short post, but any guys out there with okay traffic that have gaming celebs or video I would look closely at valueclick even if its to fill adspace and also apply to maxbounty as these guys knnow there stuff.
I am sure there are better advertisers out there and better payers etc etc, but both kill adsense off
