Hello everyone! I'm starting a new site.
I decided to open a free classifieds website, but using a blog script. All the members will be able to register and make a post containing their ad, it's like craigslist but with a blog format. I'm using wordpress.
Please let me know what you think about my website, the design, color scheme, etc.

As for enabling registration to members on your blog so they can become authors and post, and calling that a sort of craiglist system in the form of a blog, that's just ridiculous, no it's actually hilarious. In fact, it's so funny fabian I'm going to advise you to take up stand up comedy, get out of the web industry as you clearly don't have a clue and become a comedian, serious potential in that department.

Well, I think it looks pretty cool, Fabian. It is definitely a good a start and I like the way it looks. Maybe it's a template, maybe it's not; I don't I know. OK, so maybe it's a template (I just checked). So what. Everybody loves free classifieds. Good luck with your website--but don't quit your day job. Seriously, making money from the web is hard.

Besides not following the rules and providing his site url in a dif format than what the rules specify, Fabian is asking to have his site reviewed, design and color to be precise. How can he ask for such a review, and how can we in return help if the template is not his, not unique and probably used by some several thousand other bloggers? Who would we be reviewing?

I think it's ridiculous of you to support him and bet you would do just the same thing, ass a link to a default template somewhere and ask for that to be reviewed, in the process you'd be wasting everyones time.

But i can't blame you or Fabian, the rules to this section are so poorly written one could actually get away with doing anything in this section, as is evident.

I would be more than happy to hear suggestions as to how the rules of the website review forum can be improved. I do the best I can, but like others, I am also learning as I go . . .

The header image took too much of time to load. And some of the contents in your site overlaps the header image. Try to recover these problems..

Not a fan. You need to monitor what goes up. there 4 ads that are exactly the same from the same guy. 2 that are the same from someone else. they are just spamming your site. i would have no interest in going to a site to see spam.

The sites looks good, but not too good. looks like something is missing here... Can you make the site a little bit interactive ? Maybe you can try buddypress for the site (i am not sure, it might work out well

Domain: Domain is Really good coz there is keyword which is really usefull to index website at google

Design: The theme is not much good. i think you must install new colorful theme

And one think Logo is missing. Design a cool logo

over all just OK

The template looks nice, but you need to either fill in the sidebar with content (to get rid of that huge space), reduce the amount of posts shown, or reduce the amount of characters in the post summary.

Also I noticed one of your posts is a common spam post done by spammers on forums (the one relating to the cellphones).

I noticed the title overlaps into the header, the register link says post classifieds and the mouseover says rss. In IE7 the register and post buttons do not appear.

As far as spam goes for this type of blog - use the "WP-BAN" plugin and start blocking the spammers before they post.
