I totally agree that is a very excellent domain name for that type of website or blog I really like the layout..........

I would definitely try to make the content justifies style as well...............

Great job great blog ,.................but you need to work on blogging every day because your page rank is actually zero work on featuring a link is using no follow tags will probably help you

it looks like what it is, a free template with minor modifications. very common now. the domain is not worth anything, as the site does not generate revenue or traffic. dont hope for a big sale!

You should use a keyword suggestion tool such as wordtracker
http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/
for your keywords (the ones you use in your title and description)
It will help a lot in getting position (such as Google - page 1)
and analyze your page with a web page analyzer such as
http://www.websiteoptimization.com/services/analyze/
or
http://www.creatingonline.com/site_p...te_checker.htm
or any other that gives you the data you need
Different ones give different data (depending on what they optimize for - such as speed, meta tags, content, graphics, etc. - use several)

Your meta tags:

Your meta tag "keywords" should be the keywords you optimized that page for - they are for you to help you improve your page - so you remember what you optimized for - each page should be optimized for its content

It's not easy on the eyes. You may want to cut the article summaries to one or two sentences.

While I enjoy the content, there must be other ways to find this information than to have all of it on the home page.

The thing that bugs me the most is the word manager-job. Manager is a noun. You're using it like an adjective. If I'm doing a search (in English) for this type of employment position. I would not consider using "manager job." I would use the correct adjective word for manager and search "management job" instead.

If I was interviewing someone for a management job and they made reference to it by saying "I am interested in the manager job," this would be a red flag to me for saying these two nouns together. If English was not their first language, I would assume they do not have good grammar skills and probably not good writing/email skills either.

While you may decide what's right based on what the search engines say, your site is for people not the search engines.
