Well I have been thinking of putting this one up for critique since friday but as what experts say, make sure the site is really worth-reviewing for.

So recently I acquired AffiliateHat.com, an affiliate marketing blog that aims more on teaching newbies on how to get started into that field. To crack things off, I replaced the old theme by purchasing UBT from Carl Ocab. I also hired some freelancers to write on the blog for a certain period.

So what do you think overall with the content? How about the design and placements of ads and widgets? I would really appreciate every critique from you guys.

Looks good and clean and simple. Lots of white space under the Categories widget that can be used for something.

Looks clean, but you need a new logo and give some color background on the menus nearly not noticed it

you need a more attractive logo, the menus get lost (i mean they could be google ads and noone would notice), the structure it's good, just try to give it a little more color and to fill spaces you have in blank. you can fill spaces with a good design, not necessary ads or text. good luck!!

Nice title design, I like it. Just apply a color for the content's background.

You should check it in IE 7.0, the design looks twisted.

The "friend me" section from the bottom of page should be revised. there is too much space in there
