Hi Anakha, nice start, let me give you some tips to improve your work:
The design and concept
So you decided to use a fixed size centered layout, with a blue background, white body and blue header. This type of layout can look great if you work a bit more on it, put a different color on the header, work a few more hours on the logo, I know it's difficult to do but nobody said it would be easy
Look for a guide to create headers, I suggest you check on the sixrevisions header showcase:
http://sixrevisions.com/web_design/f...in-web-design/
Also make the white background have rounded borders which will give it a better look.
I'm not asking you to copy them, but having a look might give you some ideas.
The Content
Your website only has 1 page, which makes it look shallow, you should add 2 or 3 more pages and a navigation bar/header/menu, even if these pages have very similar content they will give your some more variety.
Also put some stock images to give it a feeling of high professionalism.

The Fonts
You are using the default Times new roman which makes the website look as if it didn't have any stylesheet applied, I suggest giving this article a read:
http://www.motive.co.nz/guides/typography/webfonts.php
It explains how to use web fonts and which one is convenient on each size.
Buttons
The text "Yes, I want to see my traffic go through the roof!" could be an awesome button

Again check this sixrevisions.com's guide for some tips:

The code
You put a frameset, this is not needed for this kind of design. Consider removing it for better compatibility.
I hope it helps, let us know how your site goes and we'll help you more
