I like the logo a lot, but having the background gradient cover the entire page width and also contain the Google ads so close looks shoddy to me. Everything below on the site looks simple, clean, and net. Very nice. Only thing I can say there is, personally, I don't like the light blue color as it kinda screams "generic default website" and also doesn't blend with the top colors.
Outside of these couple small things, I find the appearance very clean and effective.

The site needs some graphics on it to make it more appealing. Also you need to show the directory structure so people can navigate easier. The text link font size needs to be scaled down a notch. I like the idea with the search, but it's only good if someone know the name they are looking for. In directories people like to search by category. Overall everything works fine.
