To make all feel superior, review http://hosting-website.biz
My designs are like a diseased camel dressed for a fancy dinner by a four-year-old girl.

Nice
Your website has good potential i like it, i saw some pages are still to come so you need to finish the content offcourse. Other than that your design is not that bad but im not the person to give tips on that one suggestion would be to center you page.

The design is reminiscent of late 90's web design.
While the main logo background is nice, by using plain white Times New Roman font over top of it, you destroy all of the aesthetics of it.
You need to choose 1 font type and stick with it. You use 2-3 different types of font for the same content. Which looks strange.
I would also suggest hotlinking the main logo back to your main page. I couldn't even find a Home link after I left the main page.
Best of luck.

All good suggestions. Really appreciated.
As for the 90's web design, I can only laugh. That's when I began learning my trade ; )
I'm stuck in a timewarp.

Thanks, Puneet. Changed the urls.
I think I've pretty well incorporated all the suggestions, and I got rid of the big ribbon below the header to try to get rid of that "90's look." You guys have given me some great tips, and I really appreciate it.
I have a lot of content and marketing work to do, but at least I've got a better site now to work with.

I agree, lose the New Times Font, Any Sans Serif looks more appealing. The models hand is cut screen left it may be fine it just looked odd to me.

The font suggestion is kind of funny for me because I run a blog with 12 bloggers and they constantly fight over fonts. They are completely insane, quoting various studies, etc.
I think you are right, though. I do need to go to a sans serif font.

Links in the sidebar (in blue color) doesn't suits the website theme.
Had a look on the inner pages but unable to see Title tag. There are no Title tags used ???

Maybe this is just a pet-peeve of mine, but I really do not like how every hyperlink is a bright blue, underlined text on the site. This bothers me even more when they are all stacked on one on top of the other on the sidebar.
I have grown to be able to tell if text is a link or not. I don't need the excessively bright and underlined blue any more.
I am still new to providing comments on websites and I hope this helps
