I would leave the text. My home page is the same and others told me to lose it. I get very good rankings because of it. I see you are well optimized for trailers and hitches but not the two combined (trailer hitches). I think this is a major keyword phrase for you and could use some help.
Here are the density's for trailer hitches if that will help.
Title: 0: 6: 0%
Body: 2: 401: 1%
H1/H2/H3: 1: 19: 10.5%

Your title tag: Trailers & Hitches - Central Pennsylvania - AJ's
I would make Trailers & Hitches - Central Pennsylvania - AJ's trailer hitches.
The body should be self explanatory and easy to fix.
I am curious that you don't use commas in your keywords. They are necessary for keyword phrases like trailer hitches. Otherwise they are read as independent words.
I did a reverse search for hitches and here are the results:
1. trailer hitches 444,245
2. hitches 429,142
3. wheel hitches 105,394
4. fifth wheel hitches 71,632
5. triler hitches 18,230
6. receiver hitches 14,574
7. 5th wheel hitches 14,245
8. reese hitches 11,604
9. tow hitches 8,968
10. reese trailer hitches 6,659
11. gooseneck hitches 6,038
I hope this helps some. Keep the text. Not many people read it but some do and the
search engines definitely do!
