Looks packaged well. Is it legal to use their script? Coding wise, missing a h1 heading and alt tags. Apps are the popular choice nowadays but I feel they are leaving a lot of open doors for hackers seeking information. You hear it every 2nd day on the news. Some site has been hacked.

while coming to the point, It is obviously legal. Because, I've not used their scripts. I've just created the community (fan) apps for the official apps. So, not a problem! following is one of the fan community app (for your reference): https://www.facebook.com/pages/Sony-...57495687602565

and coming to the coding point. I think H1 heading is not so important for the Home page (as i have already kept the title which can describe the site).

Alt tags will be added now, thanks for reminding this...

And coming to the hacking/security issues, I've taken the precautions to defend them all. Actually the apps are directly authenticated with facebook (not using any third party services to host our apps). All information gone through a secure connection (SSL), so no need to worry about this.

I want to make it Genuine, Legal, Secured and easy to navigate..

no one can guess easily that what is purpose of this website ..... do something in designing....however i like your concept

Maybe it's legal to use their script but is it legal to use their logo in your logo? If you understand what I mean
