There are too many ads. You should also work on the logo

only three ads units on every page!i don' have a "please donate" button ! the rest is only text content so some advertisments bring some colors there!

The logo will need some improvments indeed!

You will get penalized for having two ads above the fold. We had about 50 sites with 2 ads above the fold and the search engine traffic for these sites dropped to less than 50%. Remove one of the above the fold ads. It will hit your earnings slightly, but it will save you from a huge traffic drop.

I think that's a big crap ! let's say a website is monetized with adsense and another similar to it is monetized with adbrite and all two of them have 2 unit ads on the the first half of the page ! only the first will drop in search engines?

I read a little about this but i'm not sure it can damage so much to have 2 ads
on the first half of the page!
