Hey Juggo, its up at www.flanube.com/new/ i still want to use the template though...i wasnt trying to copy anything from you on that, but for some reason people are saying i copied that too. The only thing i actually copied was the barcode on the bottom of the page and the content on the first page.

Yup. Your own work is legally yours. You are able to take people to court over it. No forms/lawyers are required for copyrighting work.

I like it... though I like my site too...
The only thing that bothers me is the Table and the $20 flat rate... as well as the fact that everyone wants to copy my business structure... when I did $10 flat rate, no one was doing it... then everyone was... I go to $20 flat rate and now you do as well...

I say use the template... it looks nice... just don't use my content or my structure... figure out something new on your own... like I did... please.

as far as the layout... mine is about to change anyway.

I don't think it's *too* bad, although I do admit that the table and content is too blatantly ripped. Just rework your main content with your own personal flair and I think you'll be fine.

It seems like you took Juggo's site as a sort of inspiration rather than direct copy (I've had a fair share of copying other sites, yours isn't that bad). You just hit a tad too close to home with whatever you came up with.

See i completely disagree with you all saying i copied the template. If you look at this thread: http://www.internet-marketing-resear...?t=147&start=0 that is where i posted the template when i just finished with it. Not one person said anything about it look like Juggo's stuff. But now since the content is like his, the template looks like his stuff too? I dont get it.

Think of your own rate, $2 and hour or something...

Juggo deserved to be respected and so do you so copying layouts will get you in trouble. We dont want good designers to disapear from the net...
