I don't like the colors but maybe that's an India-specific thing, but you're refreshing my browser every thirty seconds and that's plain irritating.

yes the colors are from the flag of india. about the browser refreshing itself it is the banner exchange affiliation. i don't think that must be so annoying.

Last night the second link worked for me, today neither link works.

I do remember that my first impression of the site last night was that it hurt my eyes to look at the page.

I understand the Indian flag scheme, but does the text in the white area need to be red? If it can be black, it will look nicer.

Also, you have parts of the page right up to the left and right edges. It's ok on the left side because it's a navigation panel and the text links don't meet the left edge, but it is never good design to put text right up against the edge (right side). It needs a margin where those boxes of text meet the right edge.

In the center column of the white area the top edge is slightly below the top edges of the left and right columns, but it isn't vertically centered. It is better to be one thing or the other - all top edges the same, or vertically centered. As it is now, that center column looks slightly out of position, which looks like a minor error - even if it is intentional.

Lastly, red text on a green background is difficult to read - the colors clash.

I am Indian. I identify with the colors of the flag. I love India and all things Indian. Esp Indian food!

I am generally not one to give outright negative feedback but this hurt me in more ways than one. I clicked out of your site really quickly as the colors of the flag look awful when used in the manner they are. It hurt my eyes which were trying really hard to keep an unbiased perspective. I think you're overdoing the colors. The text is difficult to read. The site is not visually appealing. You may be able to stay with the same color scheme if you lighten the colors or make them more pastel.

put some lime juice in there too spicy for my eyes why not just use the colors of the indian flag in a header

ok now i am starting to redesign the site with the same scheme maybe but some light shades of the colors. will change the text colors to some darker ones. thanks for the suggestions and will post when i complete the redesigning work

Dang, I lost my entire post. Alright, here's my best recreation of it (I'm copying the whole thing before I hit send reply >.<)

If you REALLY want to use specific colors as part of your site, you don't have to use them so blatantly (you don't see the whitehouse site with red text, white borders, and blue background do you?).

The refresh thing really is annoying for a lot of us (my browser happens to click whenever some pages changes, so it's going *click*...*click*...*click*...*click*...*click* as i'm reading your page).

In general, everything looks really cluttered on the page. I get enough of that staring at my desk, so a little organization may help people. Now the cherry on top to end my rant, the top banner is offcolored
