I think the menu could use a little padding.
The borders on the "view all listings" look like default html borders. I'd style them with css.
Same with the links. Maybe a darker blue to match the blue in the header.
Love the header

Pretty good. clean.
- I'd like to see some more space with your navigation, both vertical and horizontal. It looks cramped.
- It wouldn't hurt to space the content a little more, too. line-height: 14px or whatnot.
- Todd's head and the header graphic seem to be competing. Maybe slide the background graphic to a less saturated left background, or a slightly blurred background? I'm now sure - the background just seems to sharp.
- The footer text might look better grey than lime. Just an idea.
Take what suggestions you like, leave what you don't.

I think Todd is actually South, isn't he?
Unless it's a conincidence I don't remember you being that sexy actually, South.
I agree with Laura's comments and would like to add :
On every page barring the home page, there is no grey background and the content area seems to move around a little bit. It looks as though you have just put the script code in but not attempted to style it to the same scheme as the home page. I think once you do that, it would look a lot better.

I agree with the previous comments, pad out the main navigation which will make it stand out more and also the content, the right side especialy.
An extra touch would be to add a hover effect on the links.
Wonder how it would look with a much lighter background? Not bad as it is but just a little dark.
The text size definetely needs increasing, but apart form that it looks like a good, clean, usable site.

Contact information? It can only be found by checking specific property - is that intentional?

I think the site looks pretty good. I would change the background though, maybe instead of a simple grey you could have some type pattern instead. Doesn't need to be obvious, it could just be a light maybe embedding a repeating logo. Or simply choosing a different color.
Good job, nonetheless.

Agreed. I'll do it.

Padding should get me more vertical, but I don't know how I'd get more horizontal. Especially since Cricket pointed out that I forgot a contact link.

The property detail pages are done in the same fashion as the homepage. I was trying to get away with a little laziness. You called me on it. Fine....I'll fix it.

Really? I liked the header background. I *found* it somewhere and changed it up a bit.
Thanks y'all.

I would be inclined to get the state name into the first sentence of the main page, like right after the city. Not sure how many cities there might be with that name but the extra keyword can't hurt.
Pretty nice mod of a PITA script. Did you do it?
Are you pulling the "all listings" from the mls server?
Overall a very nice looking site.

Looks good. The design is clean. I agree with others here that the navigation bar could be spaced out a little better though.
One thing that appeals to me, although not necessarily to anyone else, is when viewing all lisitings, I like the idea of alternating colors in the listings. In other words, The first listing with white background, the second with pale blue background, the third with white, the fourth with pale blue etc.
Just my thoughts. Great looking site though.
