The header image looks quite cheap, you might want to change that. I guess the navigation graphics are ok, a bit cheap looking too but not so much as the header.

The color scheme is very vivid, do you really need all those colors? Blue, red and green don't usually mix very well.

It looks like you have a great start with the overall layout, but I have a couple of design opinions for you. I agree that the green is a bit too "neon". If I were you, I'd tone it down somewhat. Also, you seem to have a lot going on in your header - with the large icons and your complex logo. Each of the elements on its own is really nice, but combined together, they make the top of your page pretty chaotic, which keeps my eyes too busy to notice your content.

So, here are my suggestions:

1. Tone down the green
2. Simplify your logo
3. Make the icons smaller - or just change them to text only.
