My overall image: Looks pretty good.

I like:
- the page theme;
- the tooltip pop-up window;
- reduced page load time;
- the menu (if it hadn't that background changed on mouse-over);

What I would improve if that site was mine:
- the menu; when mouse is over the menuItem the background is changed. It doesn't look nice and you can have a better effect on users by just changing the text color to yellow, color used also in the menu.
- the headlines; they're to mixed up with the page content. Increase the font size and change the color maybe. You can add also a suggestive image in front of the title.

I took the rollover effect off of the top menu. I can't decide if I like it better or not. I'll see if the client comments.

You're dead-on about the headlines. That seems to be the missing thing that was bothering me so bad. I don't really know what alternate color I would use, but just going to the style sheet and making them bold made a difference. If you have a color suggestion I'd like to try it.

For the headlines, have you considered using the color from the background?

color option:
- mustard
- that blue used in the links (the ones that pops up the tooltip)

and /or increase the font size and keep the black color

And, how Cricket said, consider using a color appropriate to the background color of the page as an alternative.

The menu is awesome now!

Another option:
- increase the font size and add a text-decoration: underline

Well, personaly I think that the layout it's good, and the colours very good chose.

I don't like that in the right part is empty space, maybe you can fullfill that space.

I love the simplicity of this site and it's very professional too. You know exactly what the site is about just by looking at the logo and the photos, that's very important, good job on not missing this! Great graphics to, everything fits in very nicely. Great Job!
