I like the site. You could improve the header. I think the header would look great with a Wind Turbine or something. The image does look a little pixellated.

Easy to Navigate.
You used Lists... great.
Kept the same layout
People can contact you, but you should have an About Page!
You could add more content, but I know you site is new.
You do link to alike website, which is another good thing.

You know instead of linking out to MSNBC and other news sites you really need to expand your original content if you really want to take off. Maybe you can get people to send in stories to you about how they have used alternative energy and such; your readers could have a place to read their "testimonials" on your web site.

And the oranges on the top banner have to go. Please get a better banner, it's the first thing that people see when they get to your site and it should captivate them.

Yes, keep working with your content. As mentioned earlier the web design is ok, but it kind of requires a much more "engaging" content (photos, articles, pitches etc). Good idea to add a forum

I like the wind turbines, it is just to tall, it wastes to much space, the oranges are not good. Put some scary/eerie stuff like skull and cross bones skeletons and grave stones.

You need some eye catching headlines/stories, like: "Scientists say New Orleans could be under water by 2012"

There are some shocking global warming stories out there, so go find them and then re-write them for your site. Don't copy the story just use some of the facts to write your own story.

I like the wind turbines, but they could be better (such as pictures of the Tehachapi wind farms) they have different types of wind turbines in the farm and are on a hillside. They are by the Tehachapi loop (special train loop to climb a steep hill to Tehachapi, California).

Like the site, you may want to add mouseovers to the main menu. You may want to add articles you write by category (such as wind power, solar power, methane as alternate fuel, evaporative coolers save energy, etc).

Don't change the background, but add articles (you write) to the main menu, and list them under categories. That should help your site. You are on page 1 of Google also so is the response from the forum. Work on your Google adsense and affiliates, direct your articles to support your affiliates, which should be environmental (sell the articles from your ads, ie power saving devices, etc)
Good work, now get appropriate ads and pay for your time and efforts.

Work on articles. People want to know more about the environment. I sent you some info about wind power, do you want more info about different subjects (ie solarpower. methane etc). The articles will sell the advertisements.
Do you want me to check on keywords. You may want to change or add some.

Second work on the Blog and forum as that improves your pagerank. Then get good advertisements or affiliates to pay for your time and efforts.

I used WordTracker for the keywords listed (have other keyword software, each gives results different)

You need to use a thesaurus to get the keywords. Also check similar sites for their keywords. I can help some if you want, but you need to use several keyword checkers and suggestion tools to get and maintain a good position. Note: forums help more than you think, also blogs. Articles that you write (and copyright, which is automatic) and are linked to help also. Make sure you list the references, which gives creditability to the article.
