- Banner doesn't cover all the page - white space on left side
- Menu bar covers all the page - looks strange
- bottom bar covers all the page

- use a free keyword suggestion tool; such as overture or wordtracker (online)
- get keywords from other similar sites

- some really nice banners can be made from Colorado picture of mountain ranges - get the public domain free ones - some are unbelievable, like Bear Lake

hi..i saw ur site in Firefox. your site http://behealthyforum.com 's design looks too traditional for my liking. I think it needs some work on navigation. Adding a few icons to the most important links at the top may be a good idea. Also try putting a more relevant display pic or banner like a happy family or something..
