Those link colors in the content are hard to read. Try to use something darker on the white background.

Also the same problem with the links on the left sidebar, although that one is when I'm hovering over a link so it's not as big of a problem.

Also, in the Popular Topics box you might want to consider making those links an unordered list or something. It's hard to tell where one title stops and another begins.

I made some changes to the right side. I put some delimiters for better distinction.

Ads left side are clear - you may want to consider this

Terrible site imho. Design is flawed. No images outside of header which doesn't seem to fit the topic. It's spammy with ads everywhere. I gotta say I don't like a single thing about the site. I wanted to click away as fast as possible which might be a good thing if you can get actual visitors. I have sites that are terrible and make me great money because of it.

I think it is not a good position of adsense on the site now. And why do you have two adsense block's?

I think it's enough to have only one block (under "Atkins diet" label),imho.

Let me know where I am wrong because I have
1 google search per page
1 referal program per page,
3 add units per page
0 link units per page

Please let me know if I am right and please give me the wrong URL so I can make changes if something is wrong?

About the design

Do you think more pictures on the home page would help?

1. It's too much adsense. The user may feel uncomfortable.
2. Maybe the color should be darked. It's too light now. Looks like being in the mountain covered with snow.
3.Why not move the login form onto the top right corner to be easily found?

Yap, i agree the forum way too much adsensing.

For the main site, maybe you could display 10 topics instead, it just don't look tat good with one side shorter than the other.

The links you put in the middle, you might want to either use a darker colour or change the background for tat particular area. You might want to put a footer, though not tat important it just look better imo

The opening page looks pretty good. There is a lot of blue going on there. The light blue text is a little tough to read on a monitor set to a high resolution.
Once you get into the site there are a lot of ads. I don't know if they are a necessary evil, but it seems like they are everywhere.
There are too many categories of food on the first page. Some are redundant.

One thing that jumped out on me was a spelling mistake. begginer should be spelt 'beginner'. I don't mean to be finicky but these small things can be a bit off-putting to visitors.
