Smile Review: www.vanbakergem.com

Hello everyone. This is my real estate web site. I originally designed it a few years back. It has sat around and gathered dust for a while. I want to change it up a bit. Would like to hear any ideas. Is it a sin to have frames these days? It seemed like a good idea at the time, but maybe I should change it around.

I would consider using a template. I want to eliminate the frames for better results. Have you got a suggestion for a free template site?

navigate troughout those sites and then choose the one you like

It's more up to you...

Do you think the site looks unprofessional, or just lacking some design elements?

It's not just about me, you know?
When you design a site you should consider that a lot of users will visit your site and if your site doesn't look "pro" then you'll loose a lot of good customers...Also, you cannot satisfy everybody...Some will like your actual design, some will not.

You should get a more attractive template and add your existent content to it.

I have a site like yours homesincolchester.ca. just threw it up in a day and wasted 5 bucks. Real estate is taken. Google it with ads and count you losses.

It looks like you have a decent amount of content on the site. However, I would agree with the above posts to get a template. Also consider changing the font on some the pages to make it easier to read.

Yea...I dont think I would do business with this company if all I saw was the website.
Just too plain. A nice business template would do wonders.
And whats with the sunflower? How about a photo of a nice house..or you standing next to a SOLD sign or something.

If i were you i would search for high quality real estate sites and get ideas. You should definetely need a new website and a business logo.

I prefer neat and clean layouts. I dont like your background color. I would use white so the pictures would become the main focus. You dont need to use frames.

You have some good content there, but it does'nt look very pro. Yes, I would stay away from those frames. Let me know if you need any help. We've designed a couple of real estate websites. I can pm them to you if you're interested.

Well I would have to say you need to do more work. If I had just stumbled upon your site. I would not have clicked the Enter site link.

Ask yourself what you want people to get out of your site. If you are going to have your visitors click an "Enter Site" link, then give them a taste of whats inside on your landing/main page.

my

Peace
