The first downside :
your domain name is so large i seriously would not type it. - onlinemarketingbusinessopportunity about 20+ alphabets!!! Try to get a shorter domain.
The layout is clean But why do you have 2 categories of the same topic??? i.e. Insider Secrets 2007 and FREE Insider Secrets 2007??? This simply makes the menu look a lot bigger.
Sorry i really dont get this in the keywords : derek gehl,secrets,online marketing business opportunity,tip marketing,internet marketing secret,Insider Secrets to Marketing your Business on the Internet,,affiliate marketing,IMC, META name= y_key content= d6d32a86f10a930d / "...
Who is derek ghel??? is it a keyword dump? if so be warned it will lead you into trouble later. And check your meta tag code if its being auto generated edit the last part ( META name = y_key content = ... ) It is a different tag altogether.
If possible get a logo.
Try placing the top google ad a little inside maybe in the middle of the content. It will look good there.
Really sorry if i seem to hurt your feelings but it looks more like a sham site. Maybe if you organize it a little it would look as an organized site. After all your site is based on marketing.
