Review: Individualitee.com
http://www.individualitee.com - a tshirt site - this has been online for just over a year now. The first year consisted of getting the site online, getting designs on there and trying to get some sales. This second year we want to step it up as the sales aren't great and I want to figure out why.
I'd like feedback on the site and on the designs if possible. What can we do to improve things? Do we need more designs? Different designs? Is the site easy to navigate and find things? Are we not doing anything that your favourite tshirt site is doing?
Thanks for any feedback.

I don't hace a favorite tshirt site but I do like your site.
IMO, there's not much to do to improve it, only small adjustments on links, maybe the top menu
I tried to submit the contact form whitout entering any values in it and the error page displayed wsn't too friendly. This is what it says:
Quote:
The following ****ups occured while this dumb browser tried processing your form input.
You did not enter one or more of the required fields. Please go back and try again. They are all required so no shortcuts here my son. Fill in all the fields, yes all of them you lazy blighter.

You should definetely change that text.
Good luck, dude!

Nice site, When you first visit the red is very bold, but I can live with that. The first page takes a while to load, maybe set all the image hspace and vspace properties so the text can load right away. The navigation is nice, but the page you are on and the link you are hovering over is the same color, maybe make them different

I love it just as it is - what a fun design! Easy to navigate, too.

As a buyer i would like to see the actual printed t-shirts rather than just graphics. You can also remove the frames. Does it really necessary to use them?

A nice site, but maybe a little cluttered. You do need some more designs. My best friends wife has talked about doing some t-shirt designs. You may want to email her. Her website is *url removed*

The page is a **little** slow in loading, but I think it looks great. As far as sales go, custom tee shirts is one of those markets that's probably going to require a lot of grass roots marketing techniques like live promotions and events. I also agree more designs and actual shots of the shirts would definitely help. But you got a great site. I guess it's like Kevin Costner said... if you build it, they will come...

Might want to try showing designs and logos of special groups
(ie sheriffs dept, fire dept, unions, companies)
a union was organizing a company and needed about 500 tee shirts with logos, so then the company needed about 500 tee shirts with logos, they want special designs and wording (such as "Go Union" with their logo, and the company wanted union inside a circle with a slash through it), then they wanted caps.
I don't know if you can get into something like this (many of them are made in china - but I would rather you get the business).
I don't know how to do this, but it's worth checking

Loved your site -- easy to navigate -- logo is original and fun, site felt professional.
If you are looking for a way to improve sales, maybe improve product presentation? This kinda is drifting towards a marketing review...is that OK in here??
Struck me that your site is a good sell, your designs may need to be updated-who is your customer? I did not get a good feel for who would wear your brand. Are you targeting kids? adults? trailer park girls?? not picking up on who this style is targeted to. Designs are interesting but all over the map...Maybe a close up of your designs...is Jesus holding a cigar or a gun?? Can't tell from the size of image offered -- took me to page 4 to figure it out, then I saw the flag thru the shredder and it struck me as un-patriotic and I (the shopper) would have left the site due to that alone....I the reviewer trudged on...
I looked thru & I thought about flash for tattoos...mostly black and white are kinda bland -- colored designs wake me up and catch my attention. Tribal designs are big and color is big right now. Your logo is V.cool....a perfect back on a plain t-shirt....like a harley davidson logo
You had lots of pictures of shirts with designs, but the page full of pictures with white background and shirts just kinda bored me -- and by page 5, I was not going to be awake to get to page 24, but I have the attention span of a kindergartener....
Thoughts:: figure out who your target market is and then design what appeals to them...wake up your product with color....best of luck to you...

Whoah! Great work buddy! I love the design... Specially the logo. Maybe you can put up some contents on the index page. Something like the designs you offer or a description or something. In that way your visitors would be interested on your products... Good luck then!

Website is too good in design but too much time in loading. And also, I wonder why that big blank space over there on your usa store page - doesnt' look good buddy..

The site is fun to look at and made me continue to click further.
I would add color images when navigating the first set. The black and white images were dull compared to other t-shirt sites.
Great site. Good luck.

It looks nice, but it isn't very easy to tell what the website is about, what service or product it deals with. You should make it more straight forward as to what you sell or offer!

Nothing to comment on the design, nice job, but I'd personally get rid of the current homepage and let the user be taken directly to the store (USA).

Site is very good. I guess reason of low sales is not design.

Are you working on the site right now? I just tried to click on the Soccer Pill shirt (under USA) and it brought me to a blank screen. I tried it in both FF and IE7.
Actually...let me tell you that it appeared to be blank but it did not go back to the top of the new page. So it looked like I was on a blank screen. It took me a few times (without coffee in the morning) to realize what happened. Maybe some of your customers are leaving thinking that it isn't working.
