I've seen your site and the color pink background seems its too strong..

my tip is to reduce colors... choose at least 3 colors so that it will not look like rainbow...

I have issues with the position of the content on the home page.

You have a ad that takes up almost all of the space on the first home page screen. So before I can get to the real content, I have to scroll down a lot. You might want to try to see if you can put content up a bit more. (Compare the ad and content positions of your home page to the work @ home page.) See if you can get the content up more on the home page.

The pink color on the pages are a bit hot (bright) but not too bad. You might also want to consider matching the color of the space for your content in the middle with the color of the tabs depending of which section the user is.

- Just a few suggestions
- Viewed with 600 x 800 resolution and firefox
- validation with firefox firebug
Looks like you modified a template - normally css templates have no validation errors - you have 45 validation errors - the good news is most are repetitive and easy to correct
- agree with the previous posts - color combinations are a problem
- when you use the navigation - the font size changes - change the main page (smaller size) to the linked page size (larger size)
May want to change position and size of ads - size is less important than content and position
- may want to check with employment agencies (some give finders fee)
- part time - adjustable schedule, etc. (California has many and location has nothing to do with job location)
hope this helps

I partially agree with the rainbow comment about to many colors. I would maybe do the Mommy Enterprises logo in the same pink as the body and maybe use the menu bar color for background instead of white.

Hot pink background is too much. I'd say lighten it up some or change the color all together.

The logo however I think is cool.

Peace

Well the pink and the green... I think they (almost) actually work for your banners and logo as far as branding, but they make things to hard to read especially the pink as a background. Try using them as a design accent, maybe the border of the background instead of the whole thing, that goes for banners too. If things are to hard to read, no one will read them.

I know you've heard it heaps and will most likely hear it again, but the pink is too much. There are many ways to get that colour to be prevalent in the design without making me feel like I'm eating Cotton Candy.

Your overall basic design structure is pretty good, and will support the use of a different coloured background if you want to use the pink as sort of a highlight.

You've also got so much content and ads that I have no idea what's yours and what isn't. A tip: I'm your average web user and have the attention span of a gnat. If you don't gain my trust in about the first 0.4 seconds, I'm outta there. The first 3 things I clicked on were ads... Trust just went *poof*.

I know you want to drive traffic to those ads and get yourself some revenue off them, but if your users don't trust your site, then they aren't going to click around in it, and they certainly won't click on any of your ads. Gain user trust, then try and sell them something. Try not to trick me into clicking on ads unless you want me outta there quick.
