I know you've heard it heaps and will most likely hear it again, but the pink is too much. There are many ways to get that colour to be prevalent in the design without making me feel like I'm eating Cotton Candy.
Your overall basic design structure is pretty good, and will support the use of a different coloured background if you want to use the pink as sort of a highlight.
You've also got so much content and ads that I have no idea what's yours and what isn't. A tip: I'm your average web user and have the attention span of a gnat. If you don't gain my trust in about the first 0.4 seconds, I'm outta there. The first 3 things I clicked on were ads... Trust just went *poof*.
I know you want to drive traffic to those ads and get yourself some revenue off them, but if your users don't trust your site, then they aren't going to click around in it, and they certainly won't click on any of your ads. Gain user trust, then try and sell them something. Try not to trick me into clicking on ads unless you want me outta there quick.
