You know, while I am at a loss of words for the name of that pretty actress your using to endorse your Anonymous browsing, I truly hope that you have a signed contract giving you the rights to use her as an endorsement.

I mean, you may not have anything to worry about as of yet because you don't get hardly any traffic, however I would worry about her attorneys finding out, making a screen shot of it, waiting until you make a little money, & then suing you. All they have to do is present the old screen shot in court & say that their client (Actresses) Photo attributed to your earnings.

Just a tip... People are starting to take infringement / plagiarism VERY seriously these days. The world is becoming lawsuit happy, sad, but true.

I wish you the best.

If you purchased the template with that actress on it, I would go back to the company that sold me the template & get them to give you a signed release form stating THEY placed her on there & have ALL rights to her photo as an endorsing actress.

This may prove to be great protection for you. If they can not prove legal endorsing, I suggest you ask for a refund due to mis-representation. The last thing you need is court costs, legal fee's, your name dragged in the mud, & the loss of investment because they WILL strip you of the template on top of the fee's whether you knew or not.

Good luck!
