Would like to get some feed back on our new site. We are just beginners at this and our code skills are not that good. Ok nearly non exsistent, but we are trying to improve.

The image on your main page is really interesting. However, I have to say for a graphics site, I would not have gone beyond the first page to ever find out if there was anything else interesting inside it. You did say you are new at this so you know you have a lot to learn. That is good. It is an attitude that should allow you to dress up your site and make it successful.

First, the text on the first page is all in such a light color on a white background that I couldn't even begin to read it without highlighting it to give it some contrast. You definitely need to change that.

Also, because it is a graphics site, I would want to see some nice graphics involved in the menus and incorporated into and around your text. You need something that is at least somewhat original in menus and page layouts. There are some nice CSS menuing systems available that with a little creative use of graphics as backgrounds, could make a nice menu for your site. This would allow you a very SEO friendly menu system and you don't have to write much or any code. You do need to be very good with HTML and CSS.

You have some nice images and designs inside the site but you need to work on the overall page layout and design to get people past the main page.

Thank you for your gracious comments, I will take them on board, even though code scares the hell out of me. That is why we offer graphics and not complete sites. Oh well time to do some studying.

Ah Taltos, I was a little confused when you talked about a light background, I did an investigation and found that the landing page came up without the background, only in safari. We scratched our heads a bit, republished the index and that appears to have fixed that problem.

In the millions of web pages out there, how is your site going to stand out?

I get it that you're trying to offer your services as web designers, however I think some more thought into your website and design need to be a more thorough.

I'd recommend looking at other sites of businesses that are similar to yours and look at what sort of elements they use to try and promote their work. Especially imagery...

You have decent images, but need to display it better. Look at your competitors, those that are better, and try to identify why it is they communicate their services better.

I think you should go back and look at a cleaner design. There's not much consistency to the site either. I feel for your site the navigation should be simpler and the depth of the site shouldn't be so deep. It shouldn't take you many clicks to get to anywhere.

I like that are you doing - but have to say design looks to be "very minimalistic" (but probably 'cause i'm using FireFox)
It's hard to get that Main Menu is pop-up... Also, at some pages I was unable to click by Prices & Orders (you have to move mouse over title and search for "magic" pixel to enable this menu option

So, you need to use your art experience and upgrade website. Otherwise, many customers wouldn't be able to find you really nice graphics

Your site looks good for me but the logo and the navigation menus looks dark to me, you need to change the font color into white. I suggest that you centered the layout of your site.
