The website looks very dull and could use a new banner. I would suggest a new background instead of the green with that pattern and a new banner.

I think I agree with HosPengiun, you should change that green. There is an interesting article about colors for the web that might help you.

Hmmm, what is so unique about this facility, there are hundreds of these types of sites on the net, tinyurl.com being the most famous.

The unique feature is that it allows you to make links under your name. Tiny URL only gives links with numbers. It is very hard to remember. Also that will not make sense if you are using links instead of affiliate links.

OK, yep. I'm not trying to be rude, but that still isn't unique... for example notlong.com does a similar thing but with subdomains, even easier to remember. I'm not saying your site is bad nor not useful but it isn't unique.

boring design.
header is *put nicely* not the most attractive
i see the potential for the cutelink i.e. females may like it
i think you also use to much space for a very small script.
