I've been working on this application in my spare time for the past 9 months or so. I'm looking to start trying to slowly roll it out over the next few weeks, but I'd like to get some feedback from people on their thoughts of the look and feel.

It's still rough around the edges and I need to fix some IE6 bugs (png fix), but I'm still very appreciative of criticism and feedback.
