This is a template that I did not design. I only slightly modified. I am looking for criticism on all aspects of the site.
I have the typical "Plenty of hits, Few sales" Problem. Would you buy from this site? Please review and post your comments. Please dont be shy about being honest

You have a very specific niche. What type of adveritzing do you do? Where are your links coming from?

Mostly Adwords and search engines.

Have you considered banner ads in related publications. Possibly you're getting short visits from 'non-customer types'...

I would like to suggest certain things:

1. Your products are going below the first fold of the page, which means the products are not readily viewable by visitors and they would have to scroll down to take a first glimpse of the products..
2. It would be nice if you could merge and adjust the contents in the top creamish and green bars, so as to make a little more space. However undoubtedly you will have to be careful while making these changes as to maintain the attractiveness of your site.
3. You need to do some SEO for making your pages ranked higher in SERPs for keywords related to your category of sites.
4. You can also do somethings like submitting your site to social bookmarking sites like digg, stumble upon, delicious etc. and do some tricks to increase traffic to your site.

I think the above things should be helpful for you to attract traffic to your site and when your site has high traffic, I feel your issue of low sales would get solved gradually..

It's beautiful and if everything is functional then it's just a matter of time before people start buying. I'm sure it's just too new and you're getting excited about it's success but haven't given it fair chance. You still have PR0. How long have you been waiting since the websites birth?

I am sorry, but i would not buy something from that site.
Above there there is something blinking and moving, what disturbs me, when i look around at the site. When i scroll down, the end of the site is left blank.
You should change that. You should make it in another color or you should put in there something, like links or small pictures.

But what i like is the margin. it is worked out, with links and catagories.

You now only have to fix the html codes- mistakes ( http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=ht...Inline&group=0 )

and the bottom of the page.

Anyway, well done and good luck!

I would make it more visible that its scrapbooking items. (Perhaps making SCRAPBOOKING in big letters somewhere on the page.)

I was on the page for quite a few seconds, and I had no idea what the pictures were even of.

It wasn't until I read the small text in the middle about it being a woman owned business, etc that I saw that it was scrapbooking.

I like the site in general.The colors are ok , but the big flash movie on the top takes user's atention away.I mean , all serious sites that sell things online ,ebay as an example , don't have this kind of animations in top of the front page.That's just my idea however..... Keep up the good work

I like the design. I think the header does it for me. Seems easy to navigate. Not sure how much traffic you are going to get with it. It is a very specific niche.

I might shorten the top by putting the top text menu on the same line as the search. you may also consider putting the specials(free shipping) buttons in the right margin so your sales items are featured higher on the page.
