Hi Mariuskl, I guess you should work out on your design... Although it's quite fine. Add some contents on your index page. And maybe you can make your alignment on the center... It would look great on that... Good luck then.

Suggestions that I think will help:
- Not happy with the flash - it doesn't add to the site or enhance it
- Top menu - underline when hoover - maybe change background and/or text color - text too small
- bottom menu should mirror the top menu as far as content
- maybe you can use http://www.grc.com/menu2/invitro.htm
pure css (no script) dropdown menu - because of the amount of content you use in the bottom menu. Suggest you use it for the top menu and stay with the bottom menu. I have used it and like it (pure css with most external).
What, no tutorials ??

The design needs a lot of work. It looks like a temporary design (hopefully). I dont like the gray background and sharp box that the whole website is in it. (sorry for sharp criticisms).


Also, I dont know why, but you have way too many outgoing links on your homepage.

Overall site design needs a makeover. It would be beneficial if you were to design a layout with more graphical content to catch the eye of potential clients.

I don't like the design, mainly because it kind of reminded me of a reduce quality gif image. It's just not clean or sharp in anyway. I would scrap the grey, and make your colours bolder and brighter. Its really quite a simple way to make your site look a lot more professional.

You could do a lot more with your website's design, try adding more lively colors to the equation. At this point, the word "unfinished" would describe it best.
