first thing, please get a style for those links. I personally very much dislike websites who don't do that. It;s not appealing at all.

Very plain looking. You should add some graphics to give it some pazaz!

Your blue title text is too simple - improve it: maybe a graphics
designer can help.

The same for the link lists: the white and grey alternating blocks are not appealing to the eye.

Agree with others, a good start but definitely needs some more style after the header...specifically in the navigation areas. and the footer is way offset to to the left; not sure if intentional but strikes me as weird.

Yeah the links at the bottom look as if they are offset to the lef tof the page. Also the first page is centered and quite narrow whereas others use a wider space and some the full page. I prefer to see a page that uses one width for the whole site rather than different per page. It just makes me feel more comfortable been there.

I also think that a torrent site should have torrents links on the very first page - but thats just my personal oppinion.
