It seems that your forum is based completely on the PHPBB infrastructure. Not much creativity in the design. If this is your own design and coding, I apologize but it appears to be phpBB.

It's just a phpbb forum.... and a basic template, not much to review about this. You should maybe make your own skin or add at least a logo/header.

The name of the forum is webmaster-fun, but the design does not reflect it. The name of your website leaves a lot of room for creativity, yet everything is...let's say average.
