Very nice! Good clean look. I like it a lot!

However, you have some accessibility issues. It doesn't look to be anything major, so a simple clean up should fix that up.

You can check your XHTML markup here: http://validator.w3.org/

All in all, nice job!

Oh, I’ll be cruel now.

The logo reminds me about the famous "recycle" logo: http://images.google.com/images?q=recycle;

Menu is done inaccurately. Why does the active menu item have a little margin from the top?

Also, I suggest naming things the usual way. Navigation labels should be easy to understand (ok, I can try to understand what "our edge" means, but what the hell is "e-seo-t"?).

"if users don't understand a certain design element, they don't spend time learning it" (http://www.useit.com/alertbox/20000109.html)

Next, the banner (???) in the center of the page. It looks like the text there is written in 5 different fonts?! (Am I right?). Usually the page looks messy when you use more than 3 fonts. Also the bright background is diminishing readability. And the repeated logo reminds me that I should recycle, go green and stop global warming (Why the hell are you repeating your logo?? Do you think that the visitor would manage to forget where he/she is? )

And the Santa’s hat… It looks so lonely in this page. There is nothing more that would remind of Christmas or winter at all.

And there is one more important thing: I want you to feel guilty and responsible for this. Every time I see a link on the internet that is titled “more” or “read more”, I kill a baby kitten.

Even the guys from WCAG included a recommendation (http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10-TECHS/#t...aningful-links) in its guide to save more kitten lives.

"Clearly identify the target of each link. Link text should be meaningful enough to make sense when read out of context - either on its own or as part of a sequence of other links. Link text should also be terse. [Priority 2]"
WCAG Checkpoint 13.1

That’s all for now. I think, I’ve already written what I wanted to. On the other hand, all the other things in your site are just perfect.

And if you checked this forum rules you'd find out how to format a post subject asking for a website review.

Wow! Pretty harsh... But you did say you were going to be cruel. (2 points for honesty! lol)

And one instance of "read more" is hardly a reason to go killing kittens. Tempting users with an intro to an article isn't exactly bad form, IMO.

Anyway, already gave my review, so I'm out of here...

Nothing personal. I hope that mit will understand that and start making better sites.

And if you checked the whole site, you'd find more "more" links.

Well, you are not so Cruel..Every person has its own view.

If you see, our logo is totally different from that Recycle logo..I don't know how its make you feel about Recycle.

And "Our Edge" and "E-SEO-T" are perfect here, you will definetly know about it if you check that page. I think, you don't have so much time to go inside the website...

And i am not guilty about the "more" link, everybody uses it even you can see it on Google itself.

Yes! website code is not yet W3C validated. That I know, but will fix it out very soon and lots of more changes, you can expect very near.

Thanks for your review buddy.

I agree with a lot of what Nasty.Web posted. Especially the bit about the header and it being very confusing. "Our Edge" and "E-SEO-T"... i completely understand it now after following the link but they only reason I followed the link was because I wanted to review your site. I think for an outsider - most people don't click on links they don't understand. keep things simple... "Our Story", "About Us". If you really want to keep "E-SEO-T" in the nav bar then maybe explain what "E-SEO-T" is above the fold on the home page. It think it is a great idea and would want to read more about it...

i'm not against using "more" or "read more" links... i think it goes with keeping things simple...

my only other suggestion is to make the banner image below the nav bar a little smaller.

I do like how the right hand navigation stays consistent on the sub-pages throughout the website.
