Well, the site has generic layout so I will comment on ads placement instead.

In proxy tools page, you might want to add some content or fake content as to avoid google sees you violating their TOS.

I would also switch the ads place on the right panel to be on the bottom of the proxy list.

And finally, a dark background would do a great job.
