It is brand new (launched two days ago) and feedback is welcome.

Joomla is a nice CMS. Build your site in html and offer what your competition doesn't.

You will have to work very hard to compete with the online travel industry.
They pay 80 grand a year just for an seo, to work with their marketing people.

Do your research, find out what they offer, more importantly what they don't. Grab at a nich crowd first and expand on it.

If you have a link about - Hiking Acadia for example - have video on it, tell them information about it - best places to go, features, tips, what to watch out for, hotel reviews for hikers, and on and on - don't just link to info on other sites - put it in your site.

too much work?

Then you don't want it bad enought.

Hard work = sucess - you won't get there throwing up a CMR and filling in the blanks.

You have to outwork those 80 grand a year guys and their marketing morons - it's not hard to do they are almost as lazy as you were with your site.....

thanks for the feedback pink. I'll take you comment as a suggestion that I need more rich content, which I think is a valid point.

I might want to shrink up the header pic (somehow) so that folks can open the page to see more text and what your site is about.
