What's so different is most online freelancer network charge from either project hirers or freelancers for a commission.

But i am providing exact the same functionality with NO COST.
It saves GREAT MONEY from either freelancers or project hirers

Background is a bit bright . . .

And I think the logo could use some work or at the very least some more color there.
Work off the Freelancer Forge angle.

You could introduce more color within the site.

It is a very clean design and things are laid out very well making it easy for the user to find what they need quickly so thumbs up for that.

Actually, i intended to make it clean and easy for freelancer to hunt for project. I really know not much bout design, color matching but functionality.

But currently i need some idea on link exchange, and hunt for more project hirers to entertain my freelancers.
Can you guys share some idea on where can i source for this traffic?

I actually cant bear the high ad cost (coz all are free services)

Just to share some good news, i am giving out those free marketing ebooks to reward my freelancers

Ya, i am sourcing for potential project hirers. Most of my members are satisfied with the feature inside. But just hunger for projects

Any idea how can i get notice by project hirers? I mean some free advertising.

Further more, i am scheduling to have interview with web development succeed people in the coming weeks

Maybe a more pastel green. Green is better than gray but it should not be too distracting. Please note this is a matter of taste (mine) and opinion so don't worry.
