Well first off, it's not a flash site. It has a flash component and that alone serves zero function, than I can see, so it's hardly even a hybrid.

The repetition of that flash is annoying. it looks cool, dont get me wrong, it just doesnt need to repeat.

So other than that...

My suggestion is lower the intelligence level of the pages. After reading them, I understand what you are saying, but somebody who has no clue may be nervous dealing with you. It's easy to read. No distractions, to the point. (which I like) A newbie may be nervous about you. Very intimidating.
