I like the whole look. The only thing you may want to do is make the background where your logo is a little darker from the rest of the page. Giving it a more "header" look. Other than that, it is very professional looking.

A few suggestions: Increase the font of the menu in the header (New Listings . . . ).

Also I would modify the colors of the headings to distinguish them from the rest of the links so they appear different and stick out more to the user (Arts & Humanities . . . etc.).

You could even make the header's slightly larger (not critical though).

I also would change the colors of the links from the standard blue to something else (but this too is just a matter of taste).

It appears everyone wants to say how wonderful your website is, pat yourself on the back. I don’t believe you requested a review to build your ego, I think you are looking for constructive criticisms. I will tell you the first 10 thinks I note about your website and in exchange I hope you tell me the first ten things you note about my website.

Your links are too small. Many users cannot maneuver a mouse as well as you, so you should always think about accessibility. Your top 10 is hard to get because of the small size.

Your using a fixed width. This does not look good on a 60 inch monitor or on my iPhone.
Your text is too small, and the browser will not adjust you page.

Turn off your links that lead to the current page you are viewing.

Your page is formatted with tables. Search engines and screen readers do not like tables. You have external css but you are not using it to the fullest. Separate your content from your style. Also, remove all the br tags.

On your categories (i.e. Arts and Humanities), I would only link the name of the category and not the text below it. It is confusing because of the color. Also, these links don’t underline like the rest of your links. Be consistent.

Your tell a friend is not understandable. Your are NEURO SEO Services but what is INDEXU Web Directory.

You have a W3C xhtml logo but your home page does not validate, it has 14 errors. Validate your pages or get rid of the logo.

I registered and received an email. It says it’s from admin with a subject of Registration. You should put your website name on all email.

I think the design is maybe a little dull. It really needs something to make it stand out like a catchy logo or something. Also try changing the color of the links.

Overall though its a nice layout and a good color scheme.
