The main site tagline confuses me "college of music" or "funny stories"? The guitar supposed to be funny or is this site about music? ... You should rethink your header.
The link "funny photos" leads me to not funny photos (3rd post in photos is a photo with skulls titled "scary picture").
And the link "pics" ... what's the difference between photos and the pics? Which of them are funny? And "hosting", this supposed to be "funny hosting" or what? What is your site about?

The site grab my attention right off the bat. The saying "college of music" did make me think "huh?" Really done well. I can tell your site working on it but my wife likes it and could move around with no problems. (she only knows how to turn a comp. on and click on things)
She did say "eeww, lets see what's here" Which is a high rating from her. Bad rating is when she says "that's nice"

Yup the whole College of Music does make things confusing. So, I would probably change the header image as well to fit in with the 'funny' theme.

To submit a story I think you should add a form where someone can submit it easier instead of going to some other site and PMing you.

The hosting tab doesn't make sense to me. If I'm and enduser coming to visit your site for funny stories why would I care about hosting? If it's an ad link or some other site your are affiliated with I would put it in a different box so users don't get confused.

I think that the header images is not fit to site itself, and the hosting tab is quite unnecessary it may confuse the visitors for what really the site was is it for funny stories or for hosting services....
