Right off the bat. (first impressions) Very plain, amateur looking.
Then I notice you have some thing centered, some to the left. After reading it, I wouldn't suggest it to anybody. You bounce around too much and give little to no information for somebody who has no idea on how to make a web site nor web page.

I think the site has an exceptional content and has an interesting appearance except to the color scheme of the template and the bundle of links in the footer which make it look like a directory....but rest are all good!

If you ask me, i see page stuffed with endless keywords and phrases that used more like to appeal to SE than to real people.

Other than that, site looks fine and may give something to newbie who need to start somewhere.
