Review: job site [Hebrew]

I started up my job site

It's new, so I'm looking for some feedback. What do you think of the design? What would you like to see? What would you like changed? Please let me know your thoughts and feelings on anything, this website writen in hebrew, so you may see some strange characters

Well, everyone wants a good review. You just need to set it to meet others expectations as well to get that good review and others can help you fix your errors.

Ya, I don't know what to say to this one.

Steven is right about the rules. You should have reviewed 3 sites first then posted but looking at your posts, you seemed to have taken care of that, so that’s good. Thank you.

On the other hand, I can't make a lick of sense as to what your site is about. It could be porn, it could be warez... it could be hate material... The point is, unless it's in English or you have a version that is English your reviews might be fairly slim, if at all.

I can say though, from what I saw of the front page your market is obviously not English.

Everything is reversed including the drop down menus and the scroll bar. While I understand this is the reading style, you have to keep in mind that you are asking for reviews from mostly English users and we're not used to that type of interaction. While other will just think you did it wrong. (I'm not saying its bad, I’m saying this could be another reason why you might not get reviews)

So all in all, I'll leave this open in the hopes that someone who reads Hebrew can review it and I'll change your title to reflect that.

My suggestion is to grab friends who know little to nothing about the net and asked them to look around your site. If they complain, fix the problems. These are the type of people you are appealing to. They have to find their way around it.
