The pricing means that you can either offer a bid greater than $19 (and possibly be outbid by someone else) or you can buy the site for $29 outright (with no bidding involved). "BIN" stands for Buy-It-Now.

Sold at my asking price, which i thought was extremely cheap to begin with but thanks for the offer. Needseo.com was also sold.

A few of the sites I MIGHT take something like 70% of my asking price in bulk, but mostly the prices are firm.
