Proxy List, Low $40 BIN!
I am looking to sell off one of my proxy list sites. The website is a free proxy list where other proxy webmasters can come and submit their proxy websites to be listed. Visitors come and choose proxies to visit in the list so they can anonymously surf. The site has a few different kinds of submission options. Free listings (With backlink) or they can pay to have a featured #1, #2, or #3 spot in the list. Once they have submitted their site you can either accept or decline it. The site gets about 2-5 submissions per week.

Revenue
The site has two sources of revenue, paypal and adsense. The site has adsense on most pages and the cost for a premium listing ranges from about $1-$15/month. The site has some adsense earnings but no paypal earnings as of right now. Here are screenshots:
