I'm selling the Madka general web directory. The site is a 5 character .com domain with a PR1, an attractive design, plenty of traffic and some revenue. It currently has 6,040 indexed pages in Google and an Alexa ranking of 82727.

The directory is powered by PHP Link Directory version 3.4.0 and the licence will be transferred to the succesful bidder. This licence allows you lifetime updates.

The directory contains just under 2,800 approved links over 701 categories. Any pending links will be approved or deleted prior to transfer.

This is a good site with some huge potential if someone has some time to invest in it. I am starting to be involved in some offline projects and I don't have the time anymore.
