Comes from a variety of search engines, link exchanges, social bookmarking, and other proxy lists. It gets about 1-2 new proxy site submissions each week. From the admin panel you can choose to accept or decline them. For free subscription users are asked to place a backlink to the site. Here are some traffic screenshots:

Revenue
Revenue comes from two sources. First, there are adsense on most of the pages. Secondly, submitters can purchase subscriptions to upgrade their proxy site listing and give it a gold, red, or green background. The site has not sold any spots yet but you can see two sample sites listed in green.
