The site is new... less than a month old. It is:

Is monetized right now with adsense and amazon.

I have not added tons of affiliate offers, basically to make it easy to switch over to the new owner. It has had some adsense clicks so far, but not much so assume no earnings.

upon sale, I will transfer domain to the buyers name.com account. If you don't have one, it is free to set up and takes just a couple minutes. This will avoid a "transfer fee". I will then send the buyer the database and site files to upload to your host. After uploading, you should then go into the admin panel and change over the adsense ads and amazon ads to your own.

There are two adsense ads in the sidebar, one amazon ad in the sidebar, and 1 amazon widget on the homepage. The individual posts do not have amazon, although it is recommended to add them once you take over the site. I can help you do this if you'd like after the transfer.

I will not leave you hanging. I will work with you until the site is completely transferred to you from the domain, hosting, and affiliate offers as well. You will have my personal email and we can chat until you are comfortable with the site.

I do not have a particular price in mind so please just make me an offer. The site is indexed but needs to be marketed to move on up in the search engines more. I am not looking to get rich off of the site, but just want a fair offering.
