I started this site back in March and have kinda forgotten about it for a while..so I've decided to let it go.

Let me begin by saying this website is perfect whether you write your own eBooks or whether you are looking to resell some from clickbank..Right now I offer a free ebook if the user does a double opt-in (submits and clicks confirmation link in email) but you can easily change this around to sell an ebook instead.

The Website
It currently runs Wordpress with an eBook theme. The theme has a ton of options which you can adjust. As of right now, I have the website setup to offer a Facebook marketing ebook if you submit your email and then click the confirmation link sent to your email. Once you click the confirmation link in the email you are taken to the download page (included with the sale)..the download page is blocked from search engines.

I had also designed a little landing page for promotion at one time as well.. http://makesocialmoney.com/landing/

All email stuff goes through MailChimp..Although I've never actually emailed these people! The forms were all provided by mailchimp and all the subscribers are currently listed in mailchimp. Switching from mine to yours is probably pretty easy..just replace my mailchimp codes with yours..

The website was setup with the idea of taking 4 clickbank-type landing pages and putting them into one site. Then trying to optimize the site for each of those landers+the main page. On the website you will notice the three main sales pages in the top right corner plus the normal blog category. These were each put together and hand written by me. Yes, complete unique material that I wrote by hand..all three sales pages! The blog entries I wrote were also unique..that part was put in so you could continue to add new content to the site.

Traffic
I've been working on SEO on the site and the new owner will need to continue building links to it. Right now the main keyphrase is "making money on facebook" and it's currently on google page 8 for that term. I haven't checked some of the inner sales page.

Most of the marketing I have done on the site since starting it was through Facebook directly and that was back in the first month of getting it going. You will notice the large spike in the first month..This was because of posting on fan pages and doing other marketing..The other months should give you a better idea on actual traffic.. Revenue
The site does not make any revenue. It currently is solely off people entering their emails and confirming their emails to download.


The new owner will get everything: The site, landing page, ebook+download page, twitter account+facebook page, and email list of 2700 people..

I don't have written permission from Facebook to transfer the page so you could consider that not included..As for Twitter, the account isn't being sold - it's being given away with the sale of the website..so that's still included.
