pr 2 wich I believe will rise comming update. Below are the features the site has
- vbulletin license with around 6 months or more on updates (can be bought and will be pushed by me to u but not a must)
- vbseo installed and working (can be bought but not a must)
- vbulletin blog (not sure if that can be pushed but u can buy it, not a must tho)
- 80 members and around 800 posts, not much but that is because I hardly had any time for it.
- 1 link in the header wich will haveto stay for a year, the footer links can be removed.
- a bought vbulletin skin called ladang baru worth 30$
- hosting at ultimatehoster.com 30$ for 4 months. 60GB of bandwith a month not sure about the writing space but is a few GB to. (can be taken over not a must tho)

- the site never had any adsense so I cannot help u there.
- the site doesn't get that many visitors but vbseo should help u there.
