This auction is for a rather new Web site -
Code Remedy - but built on over 2 years old domain with good reputation.
There has been a Web site dedicated to Web design and bad coding habits for a long time on the coderemdy.com domain. However, the domain has been abandoned, so I bought it from the owner and decided to develop there a site similar to the one that has always been there.
The domain is few years old, with many quality backlinks (almost 800 at the moment). It has been PR3 back then but has lost the
PR because the original Web site has been removed from the domain. It has an Alexa ranking. It is well indexed in Google and Live Search. Furthermore, I have paid for a manual directory submission service to 1000 directories yesterday so there will be dozens of new backlinsk soon.
Main niche is Web design, Web standards, accessibility and programming. There is already some good content (unique, hand-written by a professional Web designer). The Web site is built on Wordpress content management system.
The theme is uses is 100% unique, created by a talented freelance Web designer.
I have taken care of basic SEO - i.e. SEO friendly URLs, XML sitemap created and submitted to search engines, proper robots.txt file, semantic structure of the HTML markup (proper order of heading tags, proper use of semantical elements etc).
The winner of the auction will get: domain + Web site with a unique theme and all content (+ all rights).
It is hosted at a very fast virtual private server (from Tagbridge). If the winner of the auction buys for BIN price, he/she will get also a VPS which is prepaid for next cca 4 months (next invoice date will be at the beginning of next year).

There is no revenue and no traffic stats available as it has been online just for few weeks. The price is basically for domain + content + unique design + possibly prepaid VPS.
