you can fill the pages with a lot of these type of content but you can't then get any readership because this will only look like someone out of his mind wrote something which might or might not any sense at all.

I stay clear from spinning / rewrite programs. I have used a program called wordflood with a good deal of success. It is more of a manual procedure, allowing you to control the flow of the article. One way to make poor quality content is to rely on the output of a spinner program. (IMHO)

For content to be truly unique, it must be completely original. Not only should the actual words and sentences be completely new, the topic or approach should be new as well. Rewriting the work of someone else will create a new document.

but that new document won't be original (from my point of view) instead it would be rephrased what do you think?

Take advantage of unused keywords in your rewritten article. Remember, your intent is to give a reader a unique article to read. It may cover the same subject matter but it is different. The reader will be less likely to leave your site, if he/she is not reading the same words.

In addition to improving your SEO, rewriting decreases your website bounce rate. Readers are less likely to leave your site if they are reading something different.

-Do your rewriting right after you write the original. It is fresh in your memory and easier to come up with alternatives.
-Rewrite paragraph by paragraph.
-Use synonyms or rearrange the sentences.
-Take advantage of unused keywords. Use them in your rewritten article.
-Do not limit your changes to just words, phrases, or sentences. Change a paragraph at a time.
-For best results, change all the paragraphs. Write at least two versions for each paragraph, more is better.
-With two or more versions and a quality rewriting tool, you can easily generate 10-20 new unique articles.
-Do not use article "spinning software" that randomly replaces words with synonyms or that uses a thesaurus. It is a waste of your time and money and it defeats your purpose. Most often it will result in gibberish.
-Rewriting your articles and submitting them to different directories increases your search engine optimization (SEO).
-Always check your work with a good comparison tool and check for uniqueness, 75% or better is ideal.

All great information. I agree with the fact that articles should, in order to both prevent dupe info and proper serps of written articles, should be original.

I have used Wordflood. But not exclusively. Wordflood is great for suggesting alternative words, but it does little to structure. I use it, during a manual edit of an article. Where I can change things quickly, but also change structure manually. Really, its only ok to do a spin 1 by 1. It will not offer you a slew of rewrites.

rewrite it without using a software. this way, you will actually learn what you've been rewriting.

I still maintain that re-writing is the best. It takes only 45 minute to re-write an original article. Tweaking every setence bit by bit. I rewrite article every day

I also use this one. You will be the one who will still revise each sentence but it is much easier than pure manual revising.

I usually do it myself, you can never trust anyone more than you can trust yourself.

Copyscape may pass it and show it to be unique, but if its not grammatically correct, if its not written in a readable manner, if its not interesting to the reader, well......you may as well dump it now.

I dont worry about publishing heaps of articles, i simply do a realy good one whenever i get the chance. The traffic may not be huge, but its very high quality because its targeted.

In my opinion everyone is so keen to spin the articles and get lots and lots out there. Whenever i see them i see re-written articles immediately and on most occasions, i think "Garbage".
