I think it is not advisable to use a software to write your content. if you really want to write faster, better right on the topics that you are really familiar with, then keep on practicing. However, make it sure that you still write quality articles, remember 'content is king'

I use google alerts to give me content ideas.

I try do 400-600 word article in 20 minutes, including picture, and all SEO fields.

I try do minimum 2 per week day.

I am hoping to build this up over time as i get better.

Write whatever comes to mind first, then edit later. Let it flow without thinking much about grammar.

Or... you can hire writers on oDesk. A lot of them would gladly write for you for $2 per 500 words. I say that is a pretty good bargain.

You need to have skills or talents to write. Quick? What does it mean? Surely hiring the writers may give the results, in case you cannot be enough creative.

SEO is not the method of making money but by SEO you can implement it on your website and make money. If you want to make money online then you have to work hard and should have patience.. And regarding article writing, you can check what people are interested in searching have a look at "43things" and also check yahoo answers. Then try to write in this way " intro", then basic things then content and then feedback of what you have written.

Some writers can crank out a 500-word article in 15-20 minutes, but a well-researched quality article is going to take some time.

Also, while technology may be king in someplaces, when it comes to quality content it can never replace the human brain. Just try and rewrite an article replace every other word with a word suggested by the thesaurus. When you get done, you'll have a piece of ... junk that could never be mistaken for quality content.

Of course, that's JMHO

Just do it manually, and practice typing more faster

that's the best way I know.

There are a lot of great points made here. I always have my phone with me which has a digital voice recorder on it. I have set that to one of my shortcuts so that I can access it quickly. When I think of things or have random thoughts or ideas, I record them.

If I am ever stuck for content ideas, I just listen to my recordings.

I do agree with one thing said here multiple times...SEO takes time and effort. Users will start to notice if you cut corners and so will the search engines. Doing it the right way in the beginning saves you time in the long run.

Cheers!

Oh sure, you can even find those who will write a 500 word article for 50 cents. Of course, you do get what you pay for. Anyone who is willing to write an article for that price, is probably not an English-speaking writer. This means the article will have a lot of problems, including:
  • The article will be full of grammatical errors
  • Awkward phrasing
  • The article may be just a copy and paste job
  • It will have been created by an article spinning software
  • The entire article will be plagiarized
  • Will be full of fluff
  • Full of repetition
  • Keyword stuffed

You can go to Mechanical Turk and hire a writer, but as one who as done that, paying anything less than $4.50 is going to be a crap shoot. You may get lucky and stumble upon a good writer, 95% of the time, the article will be a mess.

I've hired writers for $5 an article, gotten a crappy article and when I complained to the writer was told "what do you expect for $5?"

Quality content is going to cost.

As far as doing it quick...do it yourself or hire an article spinner who can crank it out for $2...just don't expect to build a following for your website or blog that way.

JMHO

There is not any software for this purpose but the person should have wide range of knowledge and ability to write contents regarding the interest of the visitors.

Actually, there's no such thing as a software that creates unique and quality articles. manual writing is proven and effective way to write the best articles. However, this may be very time consuming. Outsourcing your work is the ideal way to get things done fast and easy.

Something that I do to crank out articles in less time is to use bullet points.
After you have the idea and have done your research, you can use the "list" format in some of your articles (not all of them).
For example "10 ways to get more subscribers", etc.

Of course, not every article is suitable for this kind of format, but if you have to write let's say 15 articles, you can do a couple in this format to save time.

Hope that helps

Stop writing 3-6 Articles in such a small span of time. Instead organize your work and add more quality to the content you write.

You've got to keep it simple in order to deliver valuable info in 500 words. If you're stuck, start a list of potential "idea starters" such as... Why, What, How, What if, Who, Where and When. It's important to work fast and jot down ideas immediately, without judging or editing. All you need are 3 reasonably good ideas - but you'll often generate more. There are also so many softwares which can be used to write articles.

Practice in order to get proper content and not just put together articles that don't offer and specific depth in content. I think it's better to have 1 or 2 articles that are rich in content. If you have lots of articles, but offer no information that's useful. No one will want to follow through or read that article.

The best way to write quick and quality content is to have ideas to write. Before start writing you must visit some relevant article, collect from different sources and rewrite from the best section.
